List A

• According to paragraph 1.8 of the Regulation, a number of journals have been excluded from List A due to the need to comply with Russian legislation.
• A note has been added for a number of journals in accordance with the latest reports from the Russian Center for Science Information calling for the refusal to pay for open access.

• The following changes were made according to the decisions of HSE Academic Fund Programme:

• The journal "Russian Literature" has been renamed to "Slavic Literatures".

• The following journals were added to List A:

• "Chinese Journal of Cancer Research" was excluded from List A.

• "Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience" was excluded from List A.

• The journal "BMC Family Practice" has been renamed to "BMC Primary Care" (2731-4553).

• "School Psychology" was added to List A (previously List C) in place of "School Psychology Quarterly" as a successor journal.

• The journal "Polymer - Plastics Technology and Engineering" has been renamed to "Polymer - Plastics Technology and Materials" (2574-0881; 2574-089X).
• Duplicate entries for journals in Lists A and C have been eliminated (retained in List A):

A technical error regarding the inclusion in List A of journals has been corrected:

The journal "Economics of Transition" (0967-0750/1468-0351) has been renamed "Economics of Transition and Institutional Change" (2577-6975/2577-6983).

• By the decision of the members of the Scientific Foundation Council the following publications, which were earlier included in the List A conditionally, were excluded (as of February 1, 2021 these publications were not indexed in international scientometric databases):
