How to check a journal?

    1. Identify the journal publisher

    2. Verify whether the publisher is included into List of publishers which are not evaluated and recommended by HSE

    3. If the publisher is not included into the List of publishers which are not evaluated and recommended by HSE or the publisher cannot be checked, verify whether the journal is included into List of journals which are not evaluated and recommended by HSE
